Faith Mauro-Huse, Ph.D.
Coaching and Professional Experience
Dr. Faith Mauro-Huse has extensive experience coaching senior executives as they have focused on ways to enhance their leadership. She has worked with individuals and groups relative to personal and professional development, leadership consulting and coaching, and strategic planning. Her clients are in the fields of healthcare, technology, communications, financial services, conservation and environment, development and marketing, and law.
Faith brings years of experience as an internal and external organizational consultant with specific results in areas of organizational performance and change. Her expertise in organizational development enables her to systematically approach problems and issues, help clients identify root causes, and work collaboratively to develop solutions. She has worked with organizations on comprehensive executive development programs focused on the establishment of new organization cultures. She has facilitated the development of new performance management systems; created core service competencies for recruitment, selection and hiring of staff; designed management development sessions on service excellence; and produced and delivered service excellence training and consulting. She has proven facilitation, process, and communication skills.
Faith’s professional background includes: Adjunct Faculty member and Academic Advisor, for Certificate in Executive Leadership, Georgetown University Center for Continuing and Professional Education; Senior Organizational Consultant, Right Management; Senior Vice President, Manchester Inc.; Director of Organizational HR Projects, The Johns Hopkins Hospital; Representative, United States Catholic Conference and Conference of Catholic Bishops.
Faith also has served on various boards and committees including: Catholic Charities, Archdiocese of Baltimore; Former Chair of MedBank of Maryland; Board Member of Catholic Youth Foundation, USA; and member of the Y of Central Maryland, Talent and Leadership Development Committee; Board of St. Mary’s Hospital, Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Faith received the following degrees: Ph.D., Human and Organizational Systems at The Fielding Graduate University; Certificate, Change Management from The Johns Hopkins University; Master of Education, Counseling, Northeastern University; B.S., Education, Central Michigan University.
