Vivian Hsia Davis is a human resources executive and leadership/executive coach with experience supporting organizational performance, leadership, and human capital. 

She specializes in executive and leadership coaching, individual personal and professional development, and physician leader resilience and well-being.

Whether working with individual leaders or teams, Patricia has mastered the art of perceptive observation and questioning, balancing her deep expertise with the ability to apply exactly what’s needed to the unique situations of clients.

Susan is an experienced organizational development leader, training manager, and certified executive coach.  She has a proven track record of developing and leading organizational change initiatives and building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
