Jeff is a certified professional coach and trusted consultant. He came to coaching with first-hand experience in senior sales, operations, and human resources roles with segment-leading global companies. Jeff builds relationships quickly, collaborates naturally, and easily navigates complex situations.


Jeff has extensive coaching focus on executive and senior leaders, high potential leaders and individual contributors, change and transformation sponsors, Diversity Equity and Inclusion sponsors and leaders, and LGBTQ individuals. His specialties are in Organization Development, Learning and Development, Diversity Equity and Inclusion, Human Resource Business Partner, and Change Management.  His past client organizations include St. Jude Hospital, Teladoc, Amazon, Amgen, Boeing, Capital One, Chevron, Colgate-Palmolive, Deloitte, Google, IBM, Jones Lang Lasalle, Liberty Mutual, Mastercard, Maxar, NRG, PepsiCo, Salesforce, Silicon Valley Bank, T-Mobile, The World Bank, Toyota Canada, and UPS.


Jeff has more than 20 years of experience as a human resources executive. Jeff’s professional background includes: Group Vice President, T. Rowe Price; Vice President & Managing Director, Amerix Corporation; Director, People & Culture, Ciena Corporation; and National Sales and Operations Leader at AT&T.


Jeff also has served on various boards and committees including: Chair, Board of Directors: St. Agnes Hospital Foundation; Member, Board of Directors: St. Agnes Hospital; Member, Board of Directors: Chase Brexton Health Services; Chair, Baltimore Leadership Development Corporation; and Executive Committee, Conference Board Change and Transformation Council.
